Kingg999 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms for Malaysian Players

1Definitions & Scope of Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words carry the meanings stated:

• "kingg999" or "Platform" refers to the website, services, applications, and all products operating under the kingg999 brand at the domain kingg999.xyz.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any individual who registers for and uses kingg999 services.

2Member Eligibility

3Registration & Account Management

3.1 New Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) kingg999 account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment details — are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including your full name, a valid email address and a valid Malaysian phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login details with any other party.
• Ensure you log out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify kingg999 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Kingg999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to adequately protect your account security.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Kingg999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (Know Your Customer / KYC) at any time, particularly before processing your first withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. Required documents may include your national ID, bank statement or other documents that verify your identity and payment details.

4Deposit & Payment Methods

All transactions on kingg999 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods are as follows:

Successful deposits will be credited to your kingg999 account within the stated timeframe. If a deposit is not credited within 10 minutes of a successful transaction, please contact the kingg999 support team with your proof of transaction.

5Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals from your kingg999 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in your name — Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank and other major Malaysian banks.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account held in the same name as the kingg999 account. kingg999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

5.2 Processing Time

Standard withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 working hours after a withdrawal request is approved. VIP Diamond members enjoy faster withdrawal processing within 30 to 60 minutes. kingg999 does not charge any processing fees for standard withdrawals.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Balance

Balances derived from bonuses may only be withdrawn once the wagering requirements specified in the relevant bonus terms have been fully met. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds prior to fulfilling the wagering requirements will result in the cancellation of that bonus balance.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Kingg999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, Weekly Rebates, Digital Red Packet Bonus, VIP Bonus, and special promotions for Malaysian festivals. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms and conditions as stated in the relevant promotion details; however, the following general rules apply to all bonuses:

• Each member is entitled to claim each type of bonus once only, unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal involving bonus funds can be made.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or to any other party.

• Bonus system abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus or wagering strategies designed to withdraw bonus funds without genuine risk — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account closure.

7Game Rules

7.2 Game Results

All game outcomes recorded by the kingg999 system are final. Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be raised with the support team within 72 hours after the relevant match or game session has concluded. Disputes submitted after this period may not be considered.

7.3 Technical Disruptions

In the event of an unavoidable technical disruption, kingg999 will take the following steps in order of priority:

8Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, money laundering, or the use of funds obtained through illegal means.
• Abuse of promotions or exploitation of system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other members to coordinate bets and manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account.

9Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure by Member

You may close your kingg999 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard withdrawal terms. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

9.2 Closure by kingg999

Kingg999 reserves the right to suspend or close any account and withhold or forfeit balances under the following circumstances:
